The lighting in the bathroom was very dim. Access to the apartment on the first floor required a long climb up outdoor stairs. This made it difficult. Our studio wasn't cleaned on the second day. The shower often struggled to provide warm water.

The all-inclusive package was disappointing (even if the hotel itself was clean). Many drinks were not included. I had to pay extra for things like a milkshake for my child. I have never experienced this before at an all-inclusive resort. Food was hit or miss too. I wasn't blown away by it.

a calm and relaxing stay

we enjoyed the spacious one bedroom apartment. it included lovely gardens and a small supermarket. meals had good taste with various international dishes. the staff in every department worked hard.
the pools are decent sizes but felt a bit cold when we got in. the temperature outside was warm. the all inclusive drinks seemed rushed, and cocktails were not always mixed properly.

the entertainment staff announced activities clearly. they were friendly. it was nice that you didn't feel pressured to participate. a shuttle from the hotel runs twice a day. this takes you to the harbor or town.

the apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. cleaners were always around the resort and did a great job keeping everything nice and clean. i noticed a sauna room and a jacuzzi in the spa. you can book time to use them.

the resort has a quiet pool with a bar and an outdoor pool. there are many sunbeds available. the hotel offers a beautiful cove for swimming. remember to wear something on your feet there. it has a pool table for two euros which was fun.

lovely stay with only minor inconveniences

we had a lovely two week family holiday, food and drink was great! the rooms were spacious. there were plenty of sun beds for everyone, and we enjoyed the lovely view of the sea. the hotel offered a mini bus service to paphos harbour and coral bay. we visited the water park, and it was really fun.
the room allocated was totally unsuitable in their 80s. it was too far away from the dining room and reception! it was also up a steep flight of outside steps. that meant we had to upgrade to a room in the main building near a lift at an extra cost.

the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and they provided table service drinks from the cocktail bar, i appreciated this service a lot! the staff generally helped in all aspects of the stay.

rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels and bed changes, i found this very useful! our one-bedroom apartment included a balcony, and this feature helped us enjoy the stay even more.

The food was superb with a large variety offered daily, i must commend them for their cuisine themes each night! the variety kept the dining experience interesting and enjoyable. It was great overall.

There are three pools to choose from, two outdoor and one indoor. There are also spa options available! the entertainment team was excellent, and they really took the time to get to know and engage with their guests.

The location is in a quiet spot with access to a nice little cove, perfect to cool off after a long day. It is a lovely area! the distance to venues beach is a 10/15 minute walk. We made good use of the coastal path.

The staff are so helpful. I loved that there was always food available, like even outside regular meal times. I found the transfer from the airport quick, it ONLY took about 45 minutes.
The drinks weren't GREAT. The diet coke tasted kind of flat A lot, and many cocktails cost extra. Housekeeping forgot to clean my room TWICE. the tap in the bathroom seemed like it would break if I touched it too hard.
